Windows and doors around Epsom: the places we cover and who handles planning
Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh and the Epsom Downs side of town fall under Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. Ashtead, Leatherhead and Headley fall under Mole Valley District Council. The two councils have different conservation areas and Article 4 directions, so which side of the line you live on matters.
